We collect the information you give us when you contact us, enquire about a property or use our services, such as your name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry.

If you become a landlord or tenant client, we also collect the information needed to provide our services, which may include identity documents, financial and bank details, referencing information, tenancy records and correspondence.
