An independent letting agency in Reading, founded in April 2025 by Amy Kaur.
Small on purpose
Amy Kaur has spent more than 30 years in the property industry. Some of the landlords she looks after have been with her for over twenty.
She set up Khaira Lettings in April 2025 to do one thing well: let and manage homes, with the care of a small, independent business and the experience of a much larger one.
We don’t sell property, mortgages or insurance, and we don’t steer landlords towards anything they didn’t come to us for. You’ll deal with the same few people from your first call to your last statement, and they’ll know your home.

Founder
Amy founded Khaira Lettings in April 2025 after more than 30 years in the property industry. Her long track record in residential lettings, and the landlords who have stayed with her for over two decades, are the foundation the agency is built on.
