About us

For landlords

Two ways to let your home

Some landlords want a good tenant found and the paperwork done properly. Others would rather we looked after everything that follows, too. Every fee is published, so you can decide before we’ve even met.

Let Only

We find and vet your tenant, draw up the tenancy and collect the first month’s rent and deposit. From move-in day, you manage the property yourself.

Half a month’s rent

One-off fee

Fully Managed

Everything in Let Only, and then we stay on: collecting the rent, inspecting the property, arranging repairs and handling the check-out at the end.

7.5% of the monthly rent

Each month, plus a £375 set-up fee

About us

Small enough to know your home. Experienced enough to look after it.

Amy Kaur set up Khaira Lettings in April 2025, after more than three decades in the property industry. The idea was simple: an agency small enough that you always know who is looking after your home, and experienced enough that you rarely have to think about it.

Renters’ Rights Act 2025

Renting changed on 1 May 2026. Here’s what it means for landlords.

Read our guide to the Act
  • No more Section 21

“No-fault” evictions have gone. Possession now needs a valid Section 8 ground.

  • Rolling tenancies

Fixed-term ASTs have been replaced by periodic tenancies, which run until the tenant gives notice or the landlord proves a ground for possession.

  • One rent rise a year

By Section 13 notice, and only to the market rate.

  • No bidding wars

Offers above the advertised rent can no longer be accepted.
